Objective

The very nature of our business is to help hotels solve the problems that relate to their bottom line. Some of these problems are new, some of the problems have been around for a very long time, and in some cases, the hotel has actually given up!

Clients

Ideally we'd work with one client in any particular geographical area. We expect to earn the right to become more of a partner in the success of our clients than just another company selling a service.

Expertise

We prefer to do everything by the numbers. In a digital age, the numbers point the way and offer guidance. "Measure it to manage it". Sliced bread wasn't even this good!

We learned to read the numbers and translate them into practical action plans. We found this works much better and is much more reliable than the “Magic Wand” method. We are continually reading, writing, learning, teaching, and experimenting in-house with different characteristics, techniques and programs so we can offer safe and effective services to our clients.

Research and development is at the core of our business.

Character

We favor the long term over the short term. We observe and practice the “Golden Rule” and we place a greater value on our reputation than we place on the opportunity for a short-term gain.

History

We had humble beginnings. The company started as an offshoot of Bells Travel Guides, a company that had provided a travel guide in Alaska for over 40 years. In the mid-2000s, Bell’s format changed to a free distribution map book that they continue to publish to this day.

In the beginning, all of our clients were travel related, owner operated businesses in Alaska. Eventually, we spread our client base throughout North America and narrowed our focus for new clients to the hotel industry.

When we started, Alta Vista was the most well known search engine, AOL was huge and growing, and when it came to search engine success Meta Tags were almost all that mattered.

We’ve grown over the years from a “one trick pony” to a full service Internet marketing business. We offer anything from webmaster or hosting services right through to complete management of Internet resources for those that just want performance without having to become technicians.

So What's the Next Step?

No products offered, no services offered, no sales talk.  A conversation about your business and your situation is a great place to start.  We both might as well find out if there's any reason to work together.

Just Say NO!

We just ask you for one consideration - if, at some point, you are confident that working with us would not help your business solve its problems, then we ask that you just say so. "You know, I'm just not interested" would work!  If you are okay with that, then all that's left is to schedule a conversation.
